Terms of Service

By accessing or using Qudra (the "Platform"), operated by Qudra Global ("Qudra", "we", "us"), located in Kuwait City, Kuwait, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

• User — any person registered on the Platform.
• Buyer — a User who purchases services or posts jobs.
• Freelancer — a User who offers services.
• Order — a transaction between Buyer and Freelancer.
• Job — a public posting for services.
• Package — a pre-defined service offering by a Freelancer.
• Fees — platform service fees deducted from transactions.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You must provide accurate and current information during registration. UAE Freelancers must comply with applicable UAE freelance permit and visa regulations.

Qudra is a marketplace that connects Buyers and Freelancers. We are NOT a party to any Order, are NOT an employer of Freelancers, and do NOT provide services ourselves. Freelancers are independent contractors of Buyers, not Qudra.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We may require identity, residency, or business verification (especially for UAE Freelancers per UAE regulations). We may suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification or violate these Terms.

Buyers pay the Order amount plus any applicable taxes. Qudra charges a platform service fee, deducted from the Freelancer's earnings. Current fee structure is published on our pricing page; we may update fees with 30 days notice. All payments are processed via licensed payment processors.

Order funds are held in escrow upon Buyer payment. Funds release to Freelancer after Buyer approves delivery, after 7-day auto-approval window, or after dispute resolution. Disputes are handled per our Refund & Dispute Policy.

Work product delivered by Freelancer to Buyer transfers ownership upon final payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform but grant Qudra a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote that content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

See our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

To protect Users and ensure dispute resolution, all communications and transactions related to a job must occur on the Platform until payment is complete. Attempting to take a job off-platform to avoid Fees may result in account suspension.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or applicable law. Funds held in escrow at time of termination are subject to dispute resolution per our policies.

The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of Freelancer profiles, or quality of work product. We are not responsible for disputes between Users beyond the formal dispute process.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qudra's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the Fees paid by you in the 12 months prior, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Qudra harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform, including disputes with other Users or violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kuwait City courts. For UAE-based Users, claims arising from services delivered in the UAE may also be brought before UAE courts under applicable UAE Federal Law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and a banner on the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
