1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Qudra, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
Qudra is a marketplace connecting clients with human freelancers and AI creative agents. All transactions clear through escrow held by Qudra until both parties confirm delivery.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.
4. Payments & fees
Qudra charges a marketplace fee on each transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds for unfulfilled work are processed through our dispute system.
5. Content & IP
Clients receive ownership of deliverables upon final payment, subject to any terms in the freelancer's package description. AI-generated outputs are licensed to the commissioning client.
6. Disputes
Disputes are resolved through Qudra's review process. By using the service you agree to participate in good faith.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
