Acceptable Use Policy

By using Qudra, you agree NOT to engage in the conduct listed below. Violations may result in suspension, ban, forfeiture of funds, legal action, or reporting to authorities.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Operating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, fees, or other restrictions.
• Manipulating reviews, ratings, or rankings.
• Using bots or automated tools to scrape Platform data.
• Interfering with Platform operation (DDoS, exploits, brute force).
• Attempting to bypass payment or fee structures.

• Illegal goods or services.
• Content that violates intellectual property (plagiarism, pirated software, leaked content).
• Adult or sexually explicit content.
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
• Promotion of violence, weapons, drugs, or other harmful goods.
• Misleading or fraudulent offers.
• Spam, phishing, or malware distribution.
• Academic dishonesty (e.g., writing exams on behalf of a student).

• Sharing personal contact information (phone, email, social handles) before payment is complete.
• Attempting to take a job off the Platform to avoid Fees.
• Soliciting other Users for direct payment outside the Platform.

• No money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctions evasion.
• No fake transactions designed to manipulate metrics or reviews.
• No use of stolen payment methods.
• UAE Freelancers must hold and maintain a valid freelance permit, residence visa, or NOC as applicable.

• Do not upload content you don't own or have the right to use.
• Respect copyright, trademarks, and other IP of third parties.
• Report IP infringement to hello@joinqudra.com.

Report violations via the Platform (Report button on any profile or Order) or by emailing hello@joinqudra.com. We investigate all reports and act within 7 business days.

Violations may result in any of the following, at our sole discretion:

• Warning.
• Temporary suspension.
• Permanent ban.
• Forfeiture of funds in escrow.
• Legal action.
• Reporting to law enforcement or regulators.

We may update this Policy. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance.
